Representative Dave Zimmerman understands agriculture and is a friend to the farmer.  Dave knows Pennsylvania’s largest (#1) industry is agriculture; whether directly on a farm or the industries supporting farms.  Under Governor Shapiro we continue to see the dairy industry shrinking; we were number five in the nation for the number of dairy farms and are now we rank number 8.  Beef numbers are growing, but PA lost the largest meat packing plant in the state, which processed 70% of our beef.  PA is the number one in hardwoods, and the current issue of blight is very concerning.  The produce industry is saving some of our smaller farms, but the DEP, and over regulations are hurting these farms.  We had massive number of acres, of non-preserved prime farmland, which will never be farmland again.  Stacy Garrity, Treasurer of PA, ran in the same election as Gov Shapiro, and Stacy received more votes than Shapiro.  Stacy Garrity can win as PA Governor if people come out to vote.  Vote Stacy Garrity on November 3^rd!
