Our ancestors came to the United States of America seeking freedom of religion. Unfortunately freedom is not free, and many fought and died for the government we have today. Did you know the Constitution of the United States was written from Biblical Principles? As it was being written and before adopting it, our Founding Father’s put a lot of prayer into this new government and our documents. We live in the greatest country in the world. Please do not take this for granted and exercise you freedom to vote. God placed you in this country for such a time as this. Benjamin Franklin said it best, “A republic,” if you can keep it.” In order to remain in a country with so many freedoms, we need to choose the candidate who will uphold those principles (freedom of religion, life, second amendment, and the list goes on). If you or anyone you know, who will be 18 years of age by November 5th, 2024 please have them register to vote, either on the web, or at your County Board of Elections. Let’s keep the republic!

Meet Tim DeFoor, candidate for PA Attorney General
Four years ago, Tim promised the voters of this Commonwealth that he would do the job and utilize his over 30 years of auditing and fraud investigation experience to improve Pennsylvania. Tim promised not to weaponize audits but to follow the law. His office has worked diligently every day and delivered on those promises.
His office continues to focus on making the over 3,500 audits we produce each year more efficient and effective. Ensuring audits are based on risk and vulnerabilities has allowed for a more streamlined approach. Doing audits this way ensures taxpayers get the most out of the Department of the Auditor General. The residents of this Commonwealth work too hard to deserve any less; compliance work and simple checking of the box will not fly in my administration.
Tim DeFoor has transformed and improved the way we do school audits including public, charter and cyber schools. Working with the General Assembly, we have advocated for financial literacy to be taught in our schools from K-12 through our “Be Money Smart” financial literacy initiative. (click to learn more)
His first four years were about transformation and improvement; the next four years will be ensuring the job gets done. Pennsylvania taxpayers deserve more, and they can trust me to continue to deliver. Let’s get back to work.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS In his first term Tim has transformed and improved the Department of Auditor General by:
- • Created the first ever “Transformation Office.”
- • Created the first “Workforce Development Team”
- • Introduced “limited procedure engagement” and “reduced period engagement” audits to the
- Department of Auditor General.
- • Changed how audits are performed and how audit reports are written.
- • Created the first “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)” office.
- • Created the first “Intern to Hire” career pathway.
- • By working with the General Assembly, we have advocated for financial literacy to be taught in our
- schools from K-12 through our “Be Money Smart” financial literacy initiative.

Meet Dave Sunday, candidate for PA Attorney General
District Attorney Sunday’s collaborative approach to public safety resulted in a 30% decrease in crime during his first term; reductions in the prison population by almost 40% since its peak; a reduced supervision caseload; and a recent study conducted by IUP indicates that offenders in York have the lowest recidivism rate over a 5-year period as compared to seven other counties. Additionally, since the implementation of York’s Early Termination of Probation Program, only 5% of the cases submitted recidivated within two years, resulting in a 95% success rate, now serving as a statewide model.
Dave is also a top litigator, a United States Navy Veteran (click her to learn more)
